"This was a very good dish. I used garden veggie EggBeaters and added some garlic salt. It is really very versatile because of the mild flavors. Green onion, red bell peppers, cheddar cheese, and chili powder may be good. You can change it easily without changing the nutritional values too much. Very good! One that I will make again and again!"

"I made this for breakfast at work and it was a huge hit. I had a lot of people at my desk asking for the recipe. I did make it a little bit healthier by using egg beaters and apple sauce rather than whole eggs and oil. I could not tell that there was a difference. Yummy!!!"

"These were really good and just perfect for a little sweet snack. I did use Splenda instead of sugar and it turned out fine. When I make the glaze again, I think I will use milk or water instead of lemon juice. If you got a lot of the glaze in one bite, it bit back. In all, very good!"

"I changed this recipe a bit for a more healthy dish. I used about 6 oz fat free cream cheese, 7 oz imitation crab meat (about 1/2 of the package), a little more green onion (1 cup), and added a little Old Bay seasoning for character. I served it as a wrap sandwich on whole grain garlic and herb tortillas. It was great. My three year old even loved it. I think next time I will use about 4 oz of the cream cheese (as it was pretty creamy) and try it on a salad, sandwich bread, or pita bread. YUMMY!"

I made this cake for a coworker''s birthday. Absolutely everyone who had a piece wanted the recipe. I had to span everyone. The only people who did not want the recipe were the ones who ran out of the room after "Happy Birthday" was sung (as to avoid temptation)! FANTASTIC!!!
