Slow Cooker Asian Pork Stew I used beef roast instead of pork. In lieu of soy sauce I used an asian sriracha hot sauce. It will be right next to the hoisin sauce at the store. It was less salty. I also added 1 and a half red bell peppers, but no mushrooms. Everyone loved it. People actually asked for the recipe so you know it was good.
