Warm Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Bars
I have made this recipe several times with great success. I have tweaked a little. I add 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs instead of 1 cup. This adds more graham flavor and firms up the cookie part more. I also make them in foil cupcake liners instead of a 9x13. This way you dont have to cut them and they are single serving size. I use foil because I am scared the paper will catch on fire in the broiler.
