"This recipe is the best recipe for a coconut pie...I make it very often and sometimes I have to make two because it goes so fast...It is delicious and I never have to make a coconut custard pie from scratch again...and all my quiches are also made with bisquick...the zucchini and broccoli ones I make always are a big hit with my family and guests...Thank you BISQUICK for all the delicious recipes..."

"I''ve tried this recipe with the Bisquick dough many times with or without the tuna and also when I was in a hurry I purchased a dairy pizza and used that and it worked out well also...I have served this many times and each time I am asked for the recipe....one time I sauted the veggies in olive oil al dente and when I spread the cheese over the top I put it back in the oven for just 2 minutes at 350 degrees just to lightly melt the cheese and it was delicious..."
