"This was a good recipe. I would definitely serve it over rice as the sauce is not thick enough to be served easily in pita bread. I will make this one again."

"My family loved this soup and I found it very easy to make. I doubled the recipe by using a very big squash and then instead of using water and boullion cubes I used a 32 oz container of chicken broth. I also only used 1 package of cream cheese which I thought at first when I stirred it in would come out lumpy but once I used the wire whisk it smoothed out the soup nicely."

"I love the taste of this cheesecake. I have used it for two dinner groups now and everyone really liked it. The only problem I have is getting the crust to be pushed up the sides of the pan. I just let it be a bottom crust with a little bit up the sides. I used fresh strawberries sliced on top instead of the raspberries."

"My family and I really liked this recipe. I made it for my book group and they all liked it also. We were having a maple theme. This has a great maple flavor."

This was a good recipe but it needs at least 10 hours of slow cooking to get the peas cooked. I also used a blender to blend part of the soup to make it a smoother consistancy but also left some yam and potato chunks.

I loved this recipe. I made it with chicken broth and doubled the vegetables which is what I would recommend. It was even great as leftovers the next day at work.
