"This is the rice pudding recipe I've been looking for. Made it with leftover rice and it was great. I used an egg subsitute and artificial sweetener to keep calories and fat to a minimum. It turned out just as creamy as I wanted. Raspberry sause was a hit as well. Thanks!!!"

"This is the best recipe ever. I have made this cheesecake many times and always have requests for more. I have made a few modifications. I only use 1 cup of sugar instead of the 1 3/4 cup. For a special treat, I add a 4 oz bar of Ghirardelli 60% cacao and 4oz of 100% cacao melted for a great chocolate flavor. I also use 1 package of chocolate graham crackers rolled into crumbs for the crust with only the 1/4 cup butter! Tastes great. Top with fruit or eat plain either way you have a great dessert. The recipe says not to refrigerate longer than 48 hours. Mine never seems to last that long!!!"
