Gingery Cranberry and Pear Chutney
This recipe couldn't be any easier and is delicious! Made it for Thanksgiving in lieu of the traditional plain cranberry relish. I doubled the recipe, increased the freshly minced ginger to about 1/2 cup, and substituted a couple tablespoons of molasses for the last 1/4 cup of sugar- it was a hit!
