"I have a 3.5 quart cooker, only had 2 boneless/skinless breasts (about 1 lb. total), 6 oz. buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup ranch. Put it all in the slow cooker on low 4.5 hours (no salt). At about 4.5 hours took it out and shredded it some and returned to cooker on warm for .5 hour. Added sour cream and shredded cheese to lettuce and tortillas. My husband loved it! So easy -- thank you Betty!"

"I was too lazy to do the whole drop-cookie thing with multiple rounds of cookie sheets in the oven so made the "squares" version of these in a 8x8x2 pan for 25 min. and they came out perfect! That was the recommended pan/time in my old Betty cookbook. I followed recipe ingredients as is. Chewy, delicious and moist with that slight crunch on the top. Thank you Betty!"

"Made this for a party and everyone absolutely loved it! None left at the end of the night! Had to use melted canned frosting due to time constraints. Even left in oven too long and it still came out good. This was my first time using a bundt cake pan and people are now requesting it again! Thank you Betty for making me look good! "

"Shrimp were not as tender as I would have liked. Baked for 7 min. only. Also thought the coating/coconut could have tasted sweeter (though that may be due to the fact that I ran out of brown sugar and had to use lemon instead of lime juice). The egg mixture did not want to stay on flour coating (rolled right off), which made it difficult for coconut to stick. Apricot sauce too thick. Ended up mixing some of the apricot sauce with some bottled spicy cocktail sauce for spice and to make it more easily dippable. Will have to try this one again with some tweaks (the right ingredients and maybe less heat or time)."

"This came out delicious using the exact recipe without nuts. I used the two 8 inch loaf dishes and baked for 50 min. though. Simple, quick and very good result without being an expert baker! Thank you Betty :)"
