"Very wonderful, light recipe! I marinated the shrimp for about 20 minutes in 2 tbsp. of white wine, 1 tbsp. water, FRESH basil, sprinkle of paprika, salt, finely chopped white onion and parsley. I forgot to buy a lemon, so omitted that (but will try to remember next time, even though the dish did not suffer without it). I also only used 1 tbsp. of olive oil with 1 1/2 tbsp. of butter to saute the garlic, just to make the recipe a little more rich. I also slivered the garlic clove instead of finely chopping it, which is reccomended when serving with pastas. Tossed with fettuccine, this dish was remarkable! The basil really topped things off and gave it a nice fresh taste. Super easy, super fast, even pleased this professional line cook and her super picky boyfriend!"
