"Made this for first time today it is very good left the glaze off. Very moist delicious will make again. I think the pineapple and the spices helps the flavor and to keep the moisture. "

"I have made this several times and we like it very much. I used the regular subsitute eggs instead of the whites, easy to make and it can bake while you get other things ready for your breakfast or brunch."

Made this for first time today it is very good left the glaze off. Very moist delicious will make again. I think the pineapple and the spices helps the flavor and to keep the moisture.
