"Dear Patty, Usually in a pinch, there all good, but I remember a dish my dad used to make w/ real potatoes and if you could come up with and eaiser version dry it would be heaven. Raw potatoes grated w/ salt & pepper in a cast iron skillet in the oven"

Does anybody know how to make meatloaf?
"Eazy Peazy: 2 lbs hamberger/turkey/ sausage. 1/3 each of all or just 2lbs. hamb. one whole sleeve of saltine crackers and 2 whole eggs, add salt & pepper/ bake 350 for 45 min or untill done. you could jazz it up abit by using any of the following, > 1"
