"My Bourbon ham recipe also includes: Honey, molasses, orange marmalade, and Dijon mustard. I made it for Thanksgiving; was such a big hit, I'm making it again on Easter (as a 2nd meat again). Spiral Ham with Bourbon Orange Marmalade Glaze 1 (7-9 lb.) pre-cooked spiral-sliced ham (this will usually amount to half a typically-sized ham) 1 cup honey 1/2 cup molasses 1/2 cup bourbon 1/2 cup bitter orange marmalade 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper"

"The potatoes were great, my husband loved the cheese. But I think the dish would be much better with ham instead of ground beef. I am serving spiral ham on Christmas Eve, this recipe will be great to use the leftover ham. I recommend using dry mustard when adding ham to a dish. The two are perfect together."
