Chicken and Strawberry-Spinach Salad
I just made this for dinner and it was fabulous. I marinated the chicken in a Baja citrus marinade for about and hour and then grilled it on the BBQ. I added some portobello mushroom slices that brushed with some balsamic vinegar before putting on the grill as well. I threw in a side of warm cornbread, and I'm officially in heaven.
