"The meat is definitely more flavored if you put it in the marinade overnight. Pineapple with the teriyaki glaze is delicious. Fresh is much better than canned. One pineapple made plenty for 5 of us. There were no leftovers. "

"I made this for my husband and I and we both liked it. The 2 quart casserole was a little overkill, a 1 1/2 would do nicely. I used fresh asparagus, and not being able to find an italian cheese blend, used a shredded cheese blend with sun driend tomatoes and some herbs in it. The crust rose nicely and was a crisp counter to the warm saucy contents. A really easy "pot pie". Will make again."
