"Wanted to report that the dome pan worked perfectly - no spillage and because of its thicker construction I had no problem with overcooking, as many others who tried the recipe did. I also used the new easy release foil to line the pan and it helped too"

"If a recipe calls for cooking something in a 10 cup bowl does that mean the bowl should measure 10 cups exactly or have room at the top? I want to use the dome pan. It holds 10 cups of water and has a round top which is the desired effect. Am I safe or"

"My grandmother always made her fried chicken using Bisquick. She'd dredge the chicken in Bisquick, brown it in a cast iron skillet, then put it in a roasting pan, add water, cover and bake until it fell off the bone. Made its own gravy and everything"

"Rather than use preserves, I'd suggest using dried fruit - apricots, cherries, raisins, mixed berries - whatever suits your taste. Then just bake as you usually do. You could soak the fruit in rum or some other liquor to plump them up and add some flavor"
