Apple Coffee Cake
Not bad. Next time I make this I plan to add a little more sugar to the batter as it was a little biscuity tasting. The batter is thick and sticky but spreadable for both layers. Almost a cobbler consistency. I would also advise baking it longer as the apples do not cook in 25 minutes. Perhaps drop the temp down a notch and bake for 35 min. I also added more cinnamon to spice it up. Next time I will add a little more spices - perhaps a Pumpkin Pie spice blend.
