"My family and I really enjoyed this recipe. I will definitly make it again, but the next time I do, I''d like to incorporate more fruit to it. (Maybe strawberries inside and on top; and after that, I''d try it as achocolate cake with chocolate frosting, toasted coconut andblackberries). The only complaints I had were that I needed to remake the filling twice because the recipe didn''t give a very accurate thickening time. (adding about 45 seconds to the first time -or until it was satisfactorily thickened- and 25 seconds to both of the next turns in the microwave.) and that it left us desiring more fruit.I thought that this recipe was definately improved by the coconut being toasted, and it''s excellentwith a little ice cream on the side; we alsopreferred it chilled much more than right after the first cooling."
