"Quick, easy, adorable! My mom and I have been making these for at least 15 years, maybe longer. They are always a hit. An added bonus is that while cute and fun they don't make a big mess when eaten. As a first grade teacher this is an added benefit that I am always looking for. Tip: If your pre-made decorator frosting is too stiff stick it in the microwave for about 10 sec. then knead the tube thouroughly. The frosting has to be pretty soft to make the bows look nice. Enjoy!"

"Been making this for years with a couple changes, my family doesn''t do radishes. I have also never seen it with the celery. We use chopped boiled eggs as one layer, and count the layer of miracle whip as the seventh layer. When I make it I also repeat the layers a second time, when you chill it the weight compresses it some and you can scoop it and maintain the layering pretty well. This is a much loved salad, I even have a special straight sided salad bowl so that you can see the beautiful layers when you set it on the table. Enjoy!"

"I made this salad for dinner on 4th of July- -what a hit! My husband says this is now his favorite slaw and asked me to keep it in the fridge frequently so he can eat on it when he comes home from work. With the chicken in the salad it makes it a meal in itself. I did make two changes, I seasoned my chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika; and a ran the peanuts through my processor to better distibute them. My family was picking out the pieces of chicken and my dad loved the peanut butter tasting dressing as well. Great recipe!"
