"This is a family favorite. It''s quick and easy and delicious. I have used cream of chicken, cream of celery and cream of mushroom and all have turned out tasting equally delicious. I usually use frozen peas and sauteed fresh carrots and onions instead of all frozen vegetables and it turns out fine though it''s a tad more work."

"I made this last night for dinner and it was a huge hit! I substituted diced pepper for the pimento and minced yellow onion for the green onion. Instead of real crab I used 3/4 of a cup of flaked ''fake'' crabmeat and 1 cup chopped salad shrimps. It was a huge hit! The cream cheese really made the pie! It was light and fluffy almost like a souffle. I would recommend lining the pan with foil or greasing it very well before filling it."

"This was a very moist and tender snack bar that my husband and I liked very much. A couple of changes I made to it to make it more appealing to my family was to double the frosting and add raisins to the bar batter."

"I made these with finely shreaded colby-jack instead of parmesian because that''s all I had on hand. The cheese made it difficult to coat the chicking with the baggie method so I simply rolled them in the coating and that was more effective. They turned out very well and my husband absolutely adored them. I did forget to the spray the foil as the recipe indicated and so lost a good deal of the coating from one side but they were still very good."

"I was looking for an easy whole wheat bread and so omitted the herbs and sunflower seeds and gave this one a try. It made a lovely whole wheat bread that was as dense as anything store bought and had a nice soft texture and sweet flavor. We now use this bread as our standard sandwich/toast bread instead of buying bread from the grocery store."

This is an excellent loaf of bread to accompany soups, stews or casseroles. The bread has a nice dense texture. It reminds me of a german bread in that it is fragrant and heavy.

This makes a delicious loaf of bread. I used 1 tablespoon each of the sage, basil, oregano and thyme and omited the parsely. It makes a rich and aromatic loaf of bread that is good fresh or toasted. We grilled slices on the bbq grill and used them for hamburgars and it was delicious. We also tried them for grilled cheese sandwiches and that was quite tasty as well.
