Slow-Cooker Bacon and Corn Chowder
I recently had surgery and my daughter made this for my husband and I while I was down. OH MY GOSH!!! It was absolutely one of the best chowders/soup we have ever had. I am printing out this recipe and it will become a regular meal in our house. I have kielbasa in the freezer and will try it in the place of the bacon for a little different taste. Thank you Deborah for a wonderful recipe.

Grilled Bacon and Tomato Pizza
I buy them at Wal-Mart. I think they are in the canned vegetable aisle. Made by Boboli, and comes in 2 sizes. There is also one made by Mia but I think it is a kit with sauce and all.

Chicken Fajita Casserole
I made this for dinner last week and we loved it. The only thing I did different was used Rotel tomatoes & chilies in place of diced tomatoes. I also cut the tortillas into 8 triangles which is easier to dish out.

Crunchy Onion Potato Bake
I made a recipe recently that called for the 7.2 oz box. I could not find the box but found the individual pckgs, 3.2 oz each. I used two of those. I did google the box and it shows on the pckging that it has 2 pouches.

I made this last night for dinner...hubby & I both loved it. The only thing I might do different, would be to only use one 3.3 oz package of the potatoes. Putting all of it in the bottom of the pan. But overall I still give it 5 spoons. As far as the previous comments about the corned beef. I think the recipe called for sliced corned beef. I bought a half lb at my meat market and cut into pieces as stated in recipe. Hubby & I both thought it was plenty of meat.
