Gluten-Free Cinnamon and Toasted Pecan Crusted Sweet Potato Cake
This recipe is so good! Moist, great flavor. I have made the bundt recipe which was great. Now I make 12 large muffins. The nut mixture is finely ground in a food processor and placed on top of the muffin. Bake 350 for 25 min. Freeze them. Microwave them for 25 seconds. Warm, moist..fabulous!
