Easy Pumpkin Bread
This bread is sooo delicious and very easy to make, too. I made some changes, because of my personal preference, and substituted 1 tsp cinnamon with 1/2 tsp cloves and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. If you want to add a little more fiber, you may also substitute 1 cup of the flour for whole wheat flour, and people can hardly tell you did this trick. Bottom line: Delicious, and easy to prepare.
