Grilled Slow-Cooker Ribs
We tried these ribs tonight and they got RAVE reviews! They were so tender they fell off the bone...no teeth necessary.I cooked them for 9 hours on low in the crockpot and added two sliced jalapenos with the onions. Not too spicy at all. I left out the smoke sauce and left the inner lining on the ribs (too difficult to remove). Next time I''ll only cook them 8 hours in the crockpot to make grilling easier. (So tender they were getting difficult to turn).The grilling thickened the BBQ sauce nicely, and even blackened it a bit. I highly recommend this recipe, and I can''t wait to try it again!
