Cake Batter Cookie Stackers I'm not sure why some peoples did not spread out, I've made these 3 times now and have not had a problem. A few tips I've noticed, they are done when you see a few cracks in them, although they may be very soft at first. After rolling them in the cake mix sprinkle the remaining on them on the cookie sheet, they seem to soak it up as they cook. Also I made them then put birthday cake ice cream in the middle and put them in the freezer, big hit! Everyone loves the flavor of these cookies. Just make sure to not overcook them because they aren't as good when they are hard.
