Addendum to my review!!! LOL OK so I'm not thinking. This makes "2" loaves, so I Guess 24 would be a good serving count. No one would ever know I am a number cruncher for my Day Job!!! LOL

Thanks Betty!! My only "Complaint" Who in the world would cut this into ""24"" slices? We like this so much that about 10-12 is all we get. I guess thin would work on a Party Tray or if calories are an issue. If I'm feeling guilty, I use Apple sauce instead of any fat and I'll add Flax seed for some added healthy benefit. My new HEALTH FOOD!! YUM!!!

Giant Ganache-Topped Whoopie Pie
I live at high altitude so I made the cake as usual with high alt altertaions. Then I Freeze the layers. After they are frozen, about an hour, make your filling. Not only is it easier to handle, the frozen cake keeps the filling from going all over the place. The ganauche looked great and everyone loved this cake.
