Giant Ganache-Topped Whoopie Pie I live at high altitude so I made the cake as usual with high alt altertaions. Then I Freeze the layers. After they are frozen, about an hour, make your filling. Not only is it easier to handle, the frozen cake keeps the filling from going all over the place. The ganauche looked great and everyone loved this cake.
