"These were great tasting cookies and the batter tasted even better. The only problem I had was getting them to cook. They kept coming out a little too fudgy..not cooked. What I finally did was increase the temperature to 350. To get them to cool fast enough to where I could actually scrape them off of the baking sheet, I placed the sheet in the fridge for about 5 minutes. Hope this helps."

"The batter for these crepes was soooo good and super simple to make!! I made the crepes one morning for my boyfriend, he also loved them. I was nervous that the batter would burn easily in the pan since they were so thin but it didnt. Instead of using this filling I just warmed up some frozen berries which I used as the filling and made Partylite's Two Sisters Gourmet Bursting Blackberry Cabernet Preserve into a sauce and used it as a topping. Wish I had the igredients for the creme filling but hopefully next time. They were still to die for!! I would definately recommend these to anyone and I will for sure be using this recipe again."
