"Living in the heart of Acadiana, where all cajun dishes originate from, I have to say that this definitely is NOT a Cajun recipe and tastes NOTHING like the food that we cook. I would suggest that Betty Crocker do their research into authentic Cajun food before posting recipes claiming to be Cajun."
