"Made this for dinner last night with a few substitutions. I used mozzarella and feta cheese, skipped the onion and added lots of garlic. I used tilapia as the fish and the topping kept it very moist! I found this recipe very easy and tasty, but you need to spice it up with garlic, salt, and pepper in my opinion. Some fresh herbs could also enhance the flavor. This recipe makes a lot of the Florentine topping. I only used 4 pieces of fish, but it would have been enough for 6 at least. I would make this again and change it up a little. "

"These are the best! My mom makes them often. I made them myself for the first time today and they were just as good as my mom's. I did half as full size muffins and half as mini muffins (reduce bake time to 9 minutes for mini muffin size. The biscuits are so moist and the toping is so delicious! They were gone in a few hours with the help of 3 hungry men! "

"Made it for breakfast this morning. Very good and easy! Added some halved cherry tomatoes and garlic salt too. It was done before 35 minutes in my oven. "

"Made this for a party on Saturday and everyone loved it. And it was so easy!! I added double the chipotle and it still wasn't super spicy. Leftovers can be heated and wrapped up in a tortilla like a burrito. "
