"I'm really excited to try this recipe because I love chicken Cordon Bleu and I think that my family will enjoy it too. What bothers me is finding a recipe that wants me to buy something large, as in an entire quart of chicken broth, that I don't use routinely just to use a tiny amount of it, as in 1/3 cup of chicken broth in this recipe. It doesn't have to be the stock, it could be any ingredient. In times like these, I have to be economical. Buying something in order to use 1/12th of it is extravagant. So, when I try this recipe, I'll be using something in place of the Progresso chicken stock."

"I think that it sounds wonderful but I don't think that my kids would eat it because there are too many "hard" foods in it like the banana chips and almonds. And by the way, per 100 grams, there are 10 grams of sugar in raw apple, 12 grams in raw banana, 15 grams of sugar in Thompson grapes, 15 grams in sliced mango, 9 grams in pineapple. Fruit comes with sugar."

"Since the nutritional analysis is posted, anyone can decide for themselves whether or not the dish is for them or not based on calories, sodium, fat, or other concerns. What I need when I review the ratings is feedback from people who have tried this dish. I want to know if it tastes as good as it looks. I want to know if the spouse and kids enjoyed it too. I want to know if the ingredient list had errors in it. I want to know if the prep instructions need some tweaking. So, though I haven't tried this recipe yet, I'm going to review it as 4 spoons because the ingredients and the preparation are right up my alley. I'm always ready for recipes that use more beans and veggies in place of meat. My family adores Mexican food. The calories are a bit steep but not for a whole meal dinner. Sodium levels make this a rare treat for us instead of a menu staple because of my husband's blood pressure. But, all in all, I'm eager to try this one and see if I can make it my own."
