I love rotisserie chicken but I wanted some variation to it without the fuss. I tried this recipe for the first time and my family and I love it! Instead of sherry, I used about half a cup of leftover white wine and reduced it a little bit before adding the gravy. The sauce turned out silky that it looked lovely and tasted great over hot steaming white ritce. It's so easy to make and it is delicious! I will make this again the next time we have guests at home!
