Cream Cheese Onion Spread
"Pure and simple, easy and delicious. I served it with toasted whole wheat bread. I had to persuade my 12 year old son to try it. He did not like it's appearance. Once he tried it, he liked it. My husband loved it, and so did I."

Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Gouda and Spinach
"This was a very easy recipe. I was a little afraid to use nutmeg. In my mind, nutmeg and chicken does not go together. Most viewers said that it was good. I omitted the nutmeg and used onion powder and garlic powder instead. I know my family and this was going too far in the other direction for them. So I dared not even attempt it with the nutmeg. It was very good."

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken-Lentil Soup
"So delicious! My husband is a meat lover so I almost doubled the amount of chicken, added more mushrooms (because we love them), and added our favorite seasonings such as lemon pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. It was very good. I served it on a stormy night. Perfect!"

Garlic and Herb Green Beans
"Very, very good. I love string beans and usually just perpare the canned beans with butter and salt. This certainly kicked it up a notch. I did not use the kalmata olives. I thought the cost was too high. I was not willing to take the risk of serving them to my family and they more than likely would not eat them."

Chicken Marsala
Rating:
I love chicken marsala. This was my first time making it. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I made the dish first and then read the reviews. I wish I had read the reviews first. I would have known to double the amount of marsala wine/chicken broth. Also, I had a time finding the marsala wine. I thought it would be sold in the cooking section, but in fact it is grouped with the other wines. All-in-all, it was a great dish. I would certainly make it again.

Baked Steak Burritos
Rating:
This dish was very good. I used wheat tortillas as my husband is diabetic. My 12 year old son ate two in one sitting. I took one that was left over for lunch the next day. It was so yummy.
