Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
"I've followed thousands of recipes both cooking and baking and this goes down as the worst turn out. Followed this recipe EXACTLY and there is nothing wrong with me. They never flatened out and stayed ballish and yes they fell apart while eating. I read and re-read and re-read to see what I could have missed and I didn't miss anything. Terrible turnout."

Mile-High Salsa Pie
"Will definitely make this again. Made with ground turkey, and added fat free refried beans which gave a nice texture. I'd prefer making with beef but want to start eating healthy, this was very filling. Made with spanish rice which was a great compliment. Husband loved it also."

Italian Pignoli Nut Cookies
"Out of this world, I absolutely love this cookie. Husband and sister say it's better than if it was from the bakery, my 3 children l1-21 love this cookie. Niece asked if I would make for her Italian class. Literally, off the boat Italian parents loved these cookies. I made these cookies 3 times and my advise is not the spray the cookie sheet because it browns the bottom of the cookie to much, put down parchment paper and they will look just like the photo."

Caribbean Chicken and Pineapple Salsa
"Sorry I wasn't thrilled about this one. I love to try new recipes but didn't like the seasoning and now I'm left with practically a whole jar of it and more than likely will go in the garbage."

Strawberry Yogurt Cake
Rating:
The cake was very good and everyone did like it. I did read the reviews about the sliding strawberries and of course like everyone else, thought, "oh no not mine I will make this and that wont happen to me". Well it did and it has to be the most frustrating part of making this cake because everything else went according to plan. The strawberries in the center at points broke through the side icing,I did fix it before putting on the table. The yogurt you add just gives moisture to the batter but does not change the flavor of the cake much.

KEEPER: So easy to make and very good also, I usually make this and impossibly easy taco pie together. Personally, I add more salsa to this dish. Family loves when I make these recipes.

Impossibly Easy Taco Pie
Rating:
This was truly impossibly easy, delicious and so fast I felt guilty and made Betty's Spicy Chicken Skillet http://www.bettycrocker.com/Recipes/Recipe.aspx?recipeId=1505. The 2 recipes go so well together, it's mexican night at my house, my husband once said it was one of his favorite meals. Both meals combined is done in under 40 minutes.

Chicken Marsala
Rating:
DELICIOUS: My family and I really enjoyed this recipe. After reading some reviews and the fact that we love to dunk bread in the juices I decided to double the liquids and was glad I did. It was just enough. I will definitely make this a regular meal. It was very simple and quick to make and my very picky son loved it as well. This is better then a restaurant's. Try it you'll love it to.
