Stir-Fry Beef and Broccoli
Good Recipe! I would cook the beef a bit less to start, so it can simmer more at the end while the sauce thickens up. I noticed that the leftovers in the pan after we ate were much more flavorful because the sauce had a chance to thicken and really coat the beef! I added more red pepper flakes and much more garlic. Could have used more broccoli, but it was easy and very tasty!

Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie
I know this does not sound plausible... but my grocery store does not sell bisquick! So I used the filling recipe and did a crescent roll crust. I followed previous reviews and added a good amount of seasoning and an extra can of soup (i did cream of cheddar). I seasoned the chicken w/ poultry seasoning, salt, paprika, a dash of onion power and garlic salt and minced garlic. I also sprinkled paprika and garlic into the soup mix. It is great! And even with all that seasoning... definitely not too much! Very easy and very quick. perfect hardy winter meal =)

Warm Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Bars
One of my favorite little bakeries has these and i absolutely love them! But when i made them here... not as good- I put too many chocolate chips on- DONT DO THAT! and the cooking time seemed a bit off... my cookie bars were undercooked- but I would definitely try again- and eat them warm instead of waiting- get chocolate on there fast- and not too much!
