Just-in-Time Pork Stew As I was making this, I thought that the results might not be worth the effort, as this is a fairly labor-intensive recipe. I was wrong, this stew has a wonderful flavor, especially the broth. Mine did not thicken much so I would say it was more like soup which is fine except I had large chunks of vegetables that made it difficult to eat as a soup. Could be great, with just a few modifications.

Spiced Orange Star Cocktail Cookies Delicious--the icing really makes the cookie. I had to use a lot more powdered sugar than the recipe called for (and no extra milk). Following the icing recipe exactly made really runny icing (it was even too runny to pipe).

Honey Nutty Chex® Mix I made this and bagged up little portions for my family as an Easter gift. Everyone LOVED it! The sunflower seeds and the chocolate really make this special. And you could always substitute other color chocolate to follow whatever special event you are making this for. This one is going in my keeper file!
