I make this all the time, however, I put it in a 9 x 13 clear dish that way everyone gets all of the salad and not just some of it. I tear leaf lettuce into bite sizes, slice 2 to 3 stalks of celery thin, slice/chop fine 1/2 a red onion, and mix thoroughly in the dish. Then I place frozen peas in microwave for 2 minutes and then immediately put them in ice water and drain, and put on lettuce mixture. I use Light Mayo (a small jar). Then I sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese and crumble 2 slices of bacon on top. There is never any left.
