Slow Cooker Layered Enchilada Dinner Agree! Add taco seasoning! i goofed and added jalapenos instead of green chile peppers. It was super spicy as a result, but the in leftovers next day the jalapenos lost their heat and gave it a really great flavor. I had some leftover frozen corn so I sprinkled that in at the last minute. I cooked this for about 3 hours because the edges were starting to get crispy. I was truly delicious!
