Sausage Cheese Balls
Rating:
Add some grated onion to taste, we like quite a bit - - we don''t add the Rosemary, but we do add some fresh ground black pepper..There are any number of dips and sauces to go with this, but one of our favorites is a mix of mustard (grainy or Dijohn) and catsup - - usually 2 parts catsup and 1 part mustard...It''s simple and also can be jazzed up several different ways - - add worchester sauce, add some garlic etc. etc....These are always a big hit.

We always add some grated onion to this, and if a Mexican theme, use some well drained chopped chilli''s instead of the Rosemary..Can use Pepper Jack cheese and a little chilli powder if you like...There are so many variations you can do, but the basic recipe is great

Overnight Egg-Sausage Bake
Rating:
Use a spicy or Dijohn mustard and add some finely diced onion or green onion to the mix as well as some fresh ground black pepper...You can also add some well-drained green chilli''s to the mix ...I have used a can of well drained Rotel tomatoes with chilli''s..There are several ways to spice this up depending on your tastes.

Italian Sausage Soup
Rating:
We left out the fennel, but added some minced garlic (everything''s better with garlic) saute''d with the sausage and some grated parmesean cheese just before serving..Definately add the cooked pasta - al dente so it can soak up a little of the broth..Don''t put the brocolli in to soon or it becomes a little mushy...This really is a terrific recipe, very comforting on a cold day
