Slow-Cooker Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Pudding
This recipe has _many_ flaws. There is not nearly enough custard mix to thoroughly soak the bread. I only used 9 slices (about 5 cups of bread chunks) of bread instead of the recommended 12-14 and I still had chunks of bread with NO custard at all. The heat setting is too high- the outside burns before the inside is set. It's edible, but certainly not delicious. For anyone who makes this recipe I would suggest WAY less bread (maybe try 4 cups), really squish it into the custard, and cook it on LOW instead of high.
