Chewy Chocolate-Oat Bars
Why can't these food giants get with the program a really provide some low or no sugar ideas. I use Bisquick and other items with no sugar and substitute a sugar alcohol.... and the items come out great(some other modifications may be required) but none of our big boys help us, we have to experiment on our own and waste precious resources. There is not even a contest for truly diabetic cooking/baking where are you folks speak up. The 'supposed' cookbooks and recipes are anything but diabetic friendly.
