"I made two of these cakes for Easter this year. I made a 9-inch and an 8-inch to look like a mommy and baby. I frosted the larger one with vanilla buttercream and the smaller one with chocolate buttercream. I did not add coconut, but they were adorable anyways. I used white paper and drew pink inside the ears for the white bunny, and used brown paper with pink inside for the brown bunny ears. They really turned out great and all the kids at the party loved it! (I also made chick cupcakes to go around the cakes - another hit!)"

"This is a really yummy recipe, and extremely simple, too. I got lots of oohs and aaahs from the women when I brought these in. They are a fun way to make a cookie a little more special. I only got 12 cookies from the recipe, but they were easy to make and tasted great."

Easter Bunny Cake
