Grilled Picnic Taco Nachos
It looked great but after taking off the grill, it soon became soggy. My friends really enjoyed it at pool side but I think its something that must be eaten quickly and keep cover off when done, that may have prevented the soggyness afterwards. Its definately a recipe you can be creative with. I would try this one again.

Princess Castle Cake
OMG! My husband and I made this for our little princess' 1st b-day. It turned out great!!!!!!!!!!!!! Huge hit!!!!!!!! No one could believe we did it. We did double the cake size, froze the cake inbetween icings and froze the cones before placing on the cake. Also we used long sparkler candles for her and sm cake decorating balloons inside the tops of the cones. I found the balloons in a junk drawer and the candles in a dollar store. We also used toothpicks to hold the cakes and cones in place. It was a definate project for us but so worth it.

Grilled Spicy Corn
The corn turned out great. Sooooo tasty, but the husk caught on fire so i had somewhat of a mess at the table. Made them at the camp so all was good.

Quick and easy way to prepare grilled veggies. Mixing the colorful summer vegetables is an eye pleaser too. Tasty also.

Sausage Cheese Balls
My husband is very picky on food and he loved these. I made them the night before the party and heated them back up in a crock-pot the next day which also kept them warm for hours on low. At my family's request, I made another bache just for them a few days later.

I loved these! I made them for a party the next day and my family and I ate half that night. They also were a hit for the party, the few that were left.
