Premium Tres Leches Cake
I made this for my college's Spanish festival. Turns out that one of my professors love this dessert and was excited that I made it. His wife asked me for the recipe! Probably the proudest moment in my life of baking (I'm not a chef by all means). The attendees had the cake basically gone by the time I had reached the dessert table. Thank you! I didn't use any frosting and I added more evaporated milk (2oz). No one was the wiser.
