"I made this for a weeknight dinner for 2 of us and it was pretty easy and quick with good flavor. The whole recipe would serve 6, not 5. I sort of halved the recipe. I used 1 can of the starter with 1 cup of water, the full amount of spices (and could have used more), 2 cups of chopped chicken (1 1/2 would have been enough), 1/2 can of black beans (a whole can would be better). I used a cheddar/jack cheese mix, small avocado, sour cream and no cilantro which would have been a great addition. "

"I made this using one 9-ounce chicken breast for 2 of us. Good recipe, quick and easy for a weeknight dinner. Next time I would put the capers and parsley on individual servings rather than in the sauce. I did not think it was too lemony."

"I made this to go with a fish recipe and it was perfect accompaniment. I used onion for the shallots because i forgot to buy them. I didn't add the dill but it probably would have been good. "

"I made this using Flatouts and adding pepperoni - sooo good!! I crisped up 3 flatbreads in the oven for about 7-8 minutes; then spooned on some of the sauce to cover (I only used about half the can); then layered with the shredded mozzarella; then the pepperoni (8 slices per flatbread) and then plum tomato slices (4 each flatbread down the middle of the pepperoni); finally topping with fresh mozzarella slices and crushed red pepper flakes."

I made half recipe for 4 of us for Easter breakfast and it is really good - VERY rich!! Pretty simple to make. I used an 8x8 baking dish. I bought the bread at TJ's and it was already thick sliced so I only used one layer. Next time I would layer the bananas on the bottom and top with the brown sugar mixture. It would be nice with whipped cream:) on top!

This has a real kick to it. I used A1 Steak Sauce and reduced fat Cheese-Its. Next time I would not do the MW as the chex got soggy. I would do the oven @250º for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. I would also add the spices to the melted butter and add all dry ingredients except the onions before baking.

Very good for a weeknight dinner. I only used 6 tortillas and it was probably runnier than it would have been with 8. I think I would use more salsa and less cooking sauce for more flavor. Or, using medium or hot salsa would add more zip. The recipe was miswritten - it should read 1/3 each of the chicken mixture and cheese per layer.

Cajun Pasta with Smoked Sausage

This is a good recipe but not a WOW! I used spinach fettuccine that I had on hand. The store Muir Glen tomatoes so I used regular crushed (don't know if that would make a big difference) and I used a creole seasoning that I had. I thought the sauce was a little too harsh. I used a smoked beef sausage and hind sight think the smoked turkey sausage would have been better, a little less spicy.

I made these for a party. I doubled the recipe and they all went! So good. I assembled them the day before and sprinkled a light amount of brown sugar over the smokies right before putting in the oven. The bacon got done better in a 375º oven and the smokies were nice an crisp-like!
