Slow Cooker Chili Beef Stew This was a very yummy recipe. My husband went back for seconds. I used garlic, instead of garlic salt. Salt free chili powder and I brown the beef with the garlic and onions, and just cooked on the stove for three hours. I will make this again, but will use salt free diced tomatoes and chopped green chilies. I also, used beef bouillon cubes (Herb ox) instead of broth, in order to cut the sodium in this reicpe. This recipe is better than plain beef stew. Thanks Betty Crocker....this is a keeper.
