"Are the commentors who mention "marshmallow topping" referring to the frosting ? Because I don't see marshmallow topping as an ingredient."

"I made it for a graduation party. Made a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting as well. The raspberry lemonade cake was gone immediately and there were leftovers of the chocolate cake (which by the way was also very good) but the day was very hot and the rasp/lemon cake was so refreshing. Everyone, including men, commented on how good it was. I thought the frosting was fine as it was but I might try a cream cheese frosting (lightened up) next time. I only got a small taste of the cake before it was gone, I will have to make another soon !!!!"

"I made this for a family dinner. Instead of baking the second half in a loaf pan, I baked it in another jelly roll pan. Used rainbow sherbet (easier). Made two rolls thinking I might have leftovers. Both kids and adults loved it. I could have auctioned off the last piece to the highest bidder. Now my 6 year old grandson wants it for his birthday cake. I''d call that a great endorsement !"
