"These are pretty basic — good, but not a lot of flavor. You can probably do better, but it's a good, quick meal in a pinch."

"Wow, so good! I love that many of the ingredients are cheap, and you don't have to buy a bunch of weird Asian sauces (like when you make pad thai). The coconut flavor and heat from the serrano peppers is amazingly good. It's a great dinner for the low price and effort. I served mine with minute rice and it was great. I will definitely make it again — probably for company. Thanks, Betty Crocker!"

"Gotta love a tasty, easy slowcooker dinner. Definitely use the apple juice, and put the potatoes in for just 90 minutes or so. Great meal for fall."

"Yummy! My husband loved it. I added more veggies, but had to decrease the baking time since I used boneless pork chops. The aromatic flavors are very nice."

"I made this for a St. Patrick's Day fundraiser at work and everyone loved them. Like some of the others, I used a brownie mix as the base. For the chocolate topping, I melted some semisweet chocolate chips and mixed it with a little vegetable oil. Then I just drizzled it over the brownies with a spoon. Also, a few people said this made too much icing, but I think they must have messed up some measurements. If anything, I would have liked a wee bit more icing!"
