"The recipe was good, a bit more time consuming and involved than what I had originally thought, so give yourself a little extra time. Also, I added too many ingredients alltogether, casuing the dough to split. My fault, so also be careful to stick to the exact measurements! A croud pleaser overall!"

"I made the mini version of this for my son's preschool class. I didn't use frosting, so to keep the sugar factor down but they were very yummy. I gave it a 4 spoon rating because of the stickiness but other than that they were devoured. "

"Really good recipe and super easy. I used a little more butter and brown sugar and it was perfect! A big hit for my husband, the birthday boy. I strongly recommend serving it warm like the instructions say."

Although this recipe is a bit tedious, I love these and how they melted in my mouth! The few things I did differently were instead of Andi's individually wrapped candy, I used the baking version that is already crushed. Since I doubled the recipe I added the entire package but didn't sprinkle any on top. I also added an tsp {for double batch} of peppermint extract. I also added extra chocolate chips. It wasn't too sweet and it was the perfect combination of chocolate and mint.

These were a big hit at a friend's Christmas party. The peppermint candy didn't crush quite enough and I had to keep stopping in the middle of frosting them and pull out chunks. That is just my own advice for next time! Other than that they were a surprise for the palette if your expecting a cupcake.

Pretty good. I made the recipe the way it instructed on the package and also added all of the white chocolate chips. To balance out the sweet, I added a little extra orange extract and some dried cranberries. Yummy and festive enough for my cookie exchange party!

This recipe is delicious and a perfect mix of chocolate and mint. The mint isn't too overpowering which is nice. The only concern I have is that the center is still gooey after 9 minutes. I put them back in but it just closes the middle holes.

What can I say other than YUMMY! These are so fun {and messy} to make. I made them for Christmas cookies to ship but I seriously didn't want to part with them at all. Instead of nuts on top, I only put one little red sprinkl dot on the top of the piped cookie. It looked very elegant and like I worked harder than I did.
