Slow Cooker Thai Chicken
"This didn't turn out well for me. I followed the instructions but the look and the smell was a big turn off. When my boyfriend came home from work he hid in his office to get away from the smell. We did eat the chicken and I made coucous to go with it. The taste wasn't horrible but I won't be making this again."

Five-Ingredient Rhubarb Squares
"I really enjoyed this recipe. I'm not a huge fan of rhubarb but this came out wonderfully. I kind of think it has the texture and tang of cheese cake. yummy! My boyfriend loves how sour rhubarb is raw. He said this wasn't quiet sour enough for him, but he still enjoyed it."

Parmesan Chicken with Pasta Rags
"My boyfrien loved the chicken. I thought it was ok. I made some changes to the pasta. I used fresh spinach. Instead of cherry tomatoes I bought a spicy pasta sauce. In a skillet I put the pasta sauce, spinach, the garlic cloves and fresh basil. I really like the way it turned out."

Szechuan Chicken and Pasta
"I thought this was a pretty good meal although I made some changes. I didn't use the bag mix they suggested because I didn't like the vegetable mix. I ended up buying a different stir fry mix and some bottled sauce. Next time I will use fresh vegetables because frozen ones end up mushy."

Three-Pepper Pasta
Rating:
This turned out really good but I did make some changes. I just used the red and yellow peppers. I added chicken and broccoli. I also used a spicy pasta sauce. I sauted the vegetables in a tablespoon of oil and garlic for extra flavor, then I added crushed red pepper and a little hot sauce. It was really good and will make this again.

Sweet and Spicy Shrimp
Rating:
My boyfriend and I made this for dinner tonight and it was so good! We did make a few changes. He doesn't like carrots so we left those out. We added broccoli, red bell pepper, mushrooms, and snap peas. Because we added so many extra vegetables we trippled the sauce recipe. We also added extra sugar to the sauce to balance out the saltiness of the soy sauce. We used a little garlic and seasme oil to saute the shrimp. We will make this again it was great.

Strawberries and Cream Dessert Squares
Rating:
I made this for a staff party and it went quickly! I loved this recipe. I accidently put a whole package of white chocolate chips in instead of one cup. It still turned out delicious. I also added more strawberries. I found that the topping became runny as it sat out at room temperature, but like I said it is still really good. I will definately make this again.
