"This soup was easy and good. I had a hard time finding gnocchi in the grocery store (nobody seemed to know what it was) but finally located it in the soup isle in a package. I thought they were pasta, but it turns out they are an Italian potato dumpling. Anyway, they go great in soup! "

"This soup is wonderful for leftover ham from the holidays! My family doesn't particularly like soup, but this was really hearty and delicious. I didn't julienne the carrots and didn't add the almonds or the dry sherry, but it was so easy to put everything in the crockpot in 5 or 10 minutes and my son and his friend kept saying how good it smelled. Yummy!"
