"I would agree a little bland. Next time I will add a little garlic and marinate the chicken. I had to cut my chicken breasts up in cubes after the 10 minutes it says to cook because they were only registering at 140 degrees. The rice was still a bit undercooked at the 10 minutes mark as well. Could be a good easy recipe if doctored up a bit more."
